We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate (Project-based) to join our team at our main office in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate closely with Talent Management Partners and Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, role requirements, departmental objectives, and expectations for each position.
- Manage and optimize job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring timely publication and accuracy of job descriptions and details.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract and identify high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring real-time updates and accurate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, including knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, aligning them with job requirements and organizational needs.
- Extend job offers and engage in negotiation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational policies while promoting a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring consistent feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
- Create and present regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics, hiring progress, and recruitment trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate's experience by proactively addressing concerns, providing timely updates, and building positive relationships throughout the recruitment journey.
Required Skills and Abilities
- College graduate in any HR-related course or equivalent.
- Preferably with internship experience in conducting behavioral/competency-based interviews and using an Applicant Tracking System.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Keen to details and timelines/deadlines.
- Must have the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Note: This position is for a project-based engagement for one (1) year and follows a hybrid and flexible work arrangement.
