Giving Back

We believe that businesses and those who work for them should contribute towards a better society. We embrace this through a joint commitment and shared responsibility to fund the charitable foundations in each office and make that work visible and inclusive. We also empower individuals’ charitable interests by matching employee donations of up to $10,000 and having paid volunteering leave.

Giving back to our communities has been part of IMC’s DNA since the very start. Our business has enjoyed considerable success over the years, and we encourage all our employees to help shape a better world by contributing to causes they’re passionate about.

Our philanthropy efforts are focused at a local level, where we support the communities, we live in, and also internationally.

Our teams in Amsterdam, Chicago, and Sydney choose where and how their time and money is donated, making sure the initiatives they support reflect the values of IMC. In Sydney, some of our annual charity events include: Superhero Day raising money for Bear Cottage, Push Up Challenge for mental health, and Trading and Gaming for Charity for Room to Read’s literacy development program.
