The Programme

A program opens to ambitious and talented fresh graduates who will be part of an 18-month Accelerated Development Program (ADP).  
 
As an ADP Trainee, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in intensive training and gain exposure in Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources of AXA Philippines. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Graduate of Academic Year 2023 - 2024. 
• Strong passion for learning and a desire to build a successful career in the financial services industry. 
• Strong research and data analysis skills 
• Proficiency in project management, process streamlining, and optimization. 
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, with the capacity to present to managers, experienced managers, or leadership teams. 
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to drive and inspire teams toward achieving common goals.
