Job description – Financial Support Graduate
This is an administrative and customer service role based in Sydney where you’ll learn how to manage novated lease contracts from start to finish. You’ll develop key skills in fleet management, financial processes, and client support while helping to improve the day-to-day operations of the business.

Working directly with senior team members, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership of tasks, contribute ideas, and help streamline processes in a company that’s scaling rapidly.

Key responsibilities – Financial Support Graduate

  • Manage lease accounts, including setting up contracts, processing invoices, and handling end-of-lease documentation
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, assisting with insurance, fuel cards, and budget adjustments
  • Process financial transactions such as payments to suppliers and expense reimbursements
  • Monitor lease budgets and prepare variations for client approval
  • Provide proactive customer support, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth lease management
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and process customer requests efficiently

Job requirements – Financial Support Graduate
We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone and via email
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Someone who takes initiative, asks questions and is excited to build their skills
  • Have a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Interested in understanding the bigger picture and open to growing within a business
  • Are interested in cars or the novated leasing industry (not essential but a bonus)
