Talent Acquisition Intern - Psychology

What You Will Do

  • Support Talent Acquisition team in managing and executing sourcing and recruiting activities to fill critical roles in the region and executing sourcing and recruiting activities to fill critical roles in the region.
  • Talent mapping and profiling of critical sales and marketing talents.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcer/s in establishing and leading external candidate sourcing strategies including, but not limited to, creation and posting of job ads in traditional and non-traditional channels and candidate pipelining and phone screening. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • You are Actively pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • You have basic knowledge of various Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • School/University MOA and Endorsement Letter.
  • You demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You have a great interpersonal and English communication skills.
  • You enjoy participating in extracurricular activities and you are a team player.
  • You value and appreciate diversity and understand cultural sensitivity.
