What You Will Do 

• Responsible for tracking request status and control numbers, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Efficiently transfer data from requests to templates, conduct quality checks, and download reports, showcasing technical proficiency and analytical skills. 
• Engage in effective communication and coordination with team members to ensure smooth data transfer processes. 
• Gather data to support ongoing improvement initiatives, contribute to idea generation, and display understanding of lean six sigma concepts. 
• Participate in desktop procedures and room-type or virtual training sessions to enhance technical proficiency and creative thinking skills. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying
• Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses. 
• Knowledge of MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel, Macros and Power BI are highly preferred. 
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills. 
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
