Overview 

The entry-level HR Systems Analyst will be a key member of the HR digital team, focusing on supporting and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors suite along with other essential HR systems. The role is critical in resolving issues, handling ticketing via ServiceNow, and using JIRA for tracking development efforts. A proactive and curious approach to updating documentation and process maps, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels are fundamental to this position. 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Provide second-tier support for SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems, helping users with issue resolution and technical troubleshooting. 

  • Update and maintain the support documentation and systems, including JIRA, ServiceNow and SharePoint, to ensure all critical information is accessible and current. 

  • Work in collaboration with the extended HR and Payroll departments to promote effective operation of SAP SuccessFactors. 

  • Develop strong customer relationships across various levels, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. 

  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to SAP SuccessFactors. 

  • Aid in enhancing SAP SuccessFactors processes by identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions. 

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in SAP SuccessFactors, disseminating this knowledge within the team and incorporating new findings as needed. 

  • Carry out testing procedures and oversee test documentation. 

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Talent Digital Lead or senior staff members. 

  • Provide support for additional HR platforms such as Xref, Strato, Stirling Risq, and Performance Leader 

  • Instructing other HR colleagues and the broader company on effective system usage. 

  • Assist with developing and implementing AI technologies  

 

Required Skill, Qualifications and Attributes: 

  • Eagerness to learn and advance within the HR systems domain 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of SQL. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems preferred.
