Sales and Marketing Intern - Business

The Programme

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team.  

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and business development.  

You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to support various initiatives, contribute to market research, assist in creating marketing materials, and help execute sales strategies.  

This internship will provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, allowing you to develop key skills and knowledge in the field of sales and marketing. 

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Support lead generation efforts by conducting outreach and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
  • Help monitor and analyze sales data and marketing metrics.
  • Support the organization and coordination of marketing events and trade shows.
  • Stay up to date with industry news, trends, and best practices in sales and marketing. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or recently graduated).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the sales and marketing team. 

Duration of Internship: This is a full-time paid internship program with a duration of 3 to 6 months.  

Additionally, there may be opportunities for continued employment or advancement within the organization based on performance and business needs.
