The Programme

Learning Objectives:

Gain a deep understanding and hands on experience in the re-engineering processes, automation and digitalization of credit journeys in wholesale banking.  

Job Description: 

Assist Product Owners in problem solving and implementing solutions that improve processes and journeys in credit origination and advancing the innovation and digital culture of OCBC.

Tasks include preparing content for stakeholder presentations, participating and contributing to design meetings, conducting in-depth testing of new products and features, analyzing data files and providing feedback on areas for improvement.
