The Programme

Learning Objectives:

• To gain exposure about the sustainability agenda and its impact on the real economy.
• To gain exposure and hands-on experience in creating culture change and transformation within an organization.

Job Description: 

• To support the evaluation and/or execution of sustainability-related initiatives in the bank, which may involve but not limited to researching decarbonization pathways and transition viability for certain industry sectors and the associated technologies.
• To support community-building and culture transformation activities. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Experience in any of the OCBC Net Zero sectors (Power, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Steel, Aviation, Shipping).
