Professional learning communities (PLCs): 

Professional learning communities (PLCs) are small groups of teachers working together.  
to improve the learning and wellbeing of their students. 

Learning specialists: 

There are over 3,000 learning specialists embedded in Victorian schools. Learning specialists are highly skilled teachers whose role focuses on supporting teachers – including graduates –  
to become more effective teachers. 

Professional practice days: 

Professional practice days provide teachers with dedicated time to focus on the improved delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. For example, spending a day focused on assessment, planning, or professional learning.
