We are looking for candidates to fill the position of People & Culture Intern - Admin Intern in our Hanoi Office.

Admin tasks:

Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, arranging meeting rooms/events, sending/receiving mails.
Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
Support in internal event organizing.
Coordinate office maintenance.
Assist in ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock.
Handling relevant reports: taxi, telephone, mail, stationery.

Other tasks:

Perform other HR tasks as assigned by HR Managers.

University graduation in Human Resource, Business Administration, English or related major.
Good command of English (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
Familiar with using MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Self-motivated and proactive person.
Willingness to learn and take on new things.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
