CAREER Pathway in UNIQLO
After joining the company, you will be assigned to the front lines of store management and will undertake an intensive training program to become a store manager.
After becoming a store manager and running a store, you will continue to set and review individual goals. Regular career reviews with human resources and managers are conducted every six months to confirm and clarify your goals. You will have opportunities to build on management experience cultivated at stores by taking a rotation in different stores, obtaining the ability running large scale flagship stores as well as lead bigger team for further expansion and growth.
Meanwhile, our Store Managers also have the opportunity to transfer to our Headquarters which also called Store Support Centre including through overseas assignments. Working overseas offers further growth potential as you embrace the challenge of management in a business environment with differences in culture, language, and backgrounds. At the headquarters, you will support stores by solving problems in a specialized department. Throughout your career as a global leader, you will have the opportunity to engage with many different aspects of management.
